The side shelves not only serve as a cooking storage, they also slide over the propane burner elements for storage and weather protection. They slide and they lock. The Specialty Double Propane Burner includes a 36 inch stainless steel braided hose and regulator kit. The Specialty Double Propane Burner is large enough to support and effectively heat two 60 quart stock pots. You may also use the included brass control valves to turn each burner up or down, depending on the size of the pots you are heating.
